Ghaoui's signature is the "Golden Apricot of Damascus".  Apricots from the Ghouta region filled with roasted Alepian pistachios. 
Chocolate need a perfect refrigeration with related humidity control. 

We had the honour to plan and supply the Kuwaity chocolate store at Al Jabryia with a special dispaly cabinets designed just for them.
